Question regarding form 80

Dear mates,

I was invited to apply under 489 visa recently. Now they are asking to submit documents and one of them is character assessment in name of form 80. In this form 80 I have one strange question. In my EOI , I never mentioned about going to australia . So what should I answer than?There is no question on whether I have been to Australia before on this form.

Hi Rob -

 

My suggestion: if you have previously been to Australia and used this passport to enter Australia, then the answer would be Yes. If you've never been to Australia before, then answer No and in the box write "Have never visited Australia before."

I assumed this question was for applicants who are currently in Australia?

I had to fill in form 80 and just left this one blank as i'm applying from the UK.

 

My CO never asked any questions once my form was submitted and i have since been granted my visa.
