Benoli Posted January 13, 2013 Share Posted January 13, 2013 I was with team 2 and found they could sometimes reply via email within 24hrs, other times they took a couple of weeks. During the last couple of weeks I was ringing them every few nights and they were always friendly and polite even though I was being a right pest so I'd say ring them and get your query answered x Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
