Cheapest Health Insurance for 457

I have applied for 457 visa last week and now has been asked to provide proof of health insurance.

 

Any idea on how to get cheapest health insurance which covers comprehensive insurance?

Are you currently registered to Medicare?

If you are you can use your medicare card, if not you will need health insurance for the duration of your 457 visa.

 

IMAN are cheapest - but you would need to work out for you situation and cover you want.

I have not Medicare and I think I am not eligible to apply for it.

 

So I think I should go with the one of the cheapest you just provided.

Its your choice.

 

Read through the policies - decide which level of cover you require. Try the different companies, maybe they have better cover within their policies.

 

Will you need cover for pregnancy etc.

 

Personally the minimum cover I would go for would be the basic cover if you go with IMAN, as your doctor appointments are covered.
