lebourvellec
Its not advisable - as you require a Chest Xray. Since the medical in not required for medical treatment, and the dangers of xrays to unborn babies. Some medical centers would not perform the xray either. If you go ahead with the medical against medical advice, you then have the issues of if the child is born in the UK, the child will need a visa, which takes at least 9 months and currently cost $2060 If you wait for the baby to be born - you can add them on to the existing application at no extra cost. It is normal for applications to be put on hold for babies to be born due the the xray.
