jay2012 Posted October 30, 2012 Share Posted October 30, 2012 My occupation is Developer Programmer (261312). When I applied for SA SS 1 month back, occupation availability was 'Low'. Today it has been changed to 'Special conditions apply'. Will they consider my application? Does it fall under accepted category? Please tell me. bubbe2005 Posted October 30, 2012 Share Posted October 30, 2012 i think special conditions are for those who studied in Aus? 6.1 Immigration SA is able to nominate a limited number of skilled applicants for occupations listed as “Special Conditions Apply” for Permanent 190 and Provisional 489 state nomination. 6.2 Occupations listed as “Special Conditions Apply” are limited to applicants who are recent South Australian international graduates, who studied at a South Australian institution and where this study meets the DIAC Australian study requirement. If any of the applicant’s studies were undertaken outside of South Australia, a minimum of 50% of their qualification must have been completed in South Australia. But they expect 7 band in all the sections. unfortunately i lost .5 in writing. don't worry. your occupation availability is 'middle'. you will get it for sure. all the best and thank you very much for your kind words.
