Gareth 666
Hi I've got to get SS for my occupation but can't get where I really want to go. I've read a few quotes from different people suggesting that even if you get SS for one state, once the visa is issued you can pretty much go where you like. Even the 2 years minimum residency can be ignored. I find this a bit hard to believe but is there anyone out there who can confirm this? I'd love to think this is a possibility but wouldn't personally want to risk it without serious evidence. Thanks
Dono
Try the search feature, this has been discussed before. You should only apply for SS if you intend going to the state that will sponsor you.
Guest melanie79
true, this has been discussed loads of times on here. no legal obligation, more a moral one. although if you apply for citizenship you might have a bit of difficulty for obvious reasons
