calNgary Posted August 17, 2012 Share Posted August 17, 2012 In one of the rentals i had ,we HAD to use them , it was stipulated in the lease. I didnt like the fact they add a bit on and i would and still do prefer to source companys myself and set up a standard Direct Debit, but,,, if your new to the country it does take a lot of stress away having someone do it all for you. We weren't committed to any length of contract though (ask that this be the case when they call you) so you can then shop around when you've moved in, which is what we did.
