Partner got successful outcome last April, what if we wait to be invited past April 2013 will we have to start the whole process again? lebourvellec Posted August 17, 2012 Share Posted August 17, 2012 What is your occupation - have you considered State Nomination - if approved you get automatically invited to apply - it is ranked by points. Once EOI is lodged - I think it is valid until invited. Well it use to be the case, this all the people sitting in Cat 5, their skills assessments must have ran out, but application is still valid if they ever get a CO that is.
