cyberslam
hey! I have submitted my online ACS application and was wondering whether i have to send the certified hard copies of docs via courier to ACS in order for my application to start processing? I did once in the past but i don't see any mention of this on ACS website now. thanks!
Debz101
I did mine in May and definately had to send certified copies in the post of what I'd uploaded to ACS. I was also asked to supply further info, but I didn't have to post any of that. They were happy with an email attachment.
Kimorjack
Hi - I did mine at the end of May and we didn't need to send anything to ACS - upload only (there was a change) - not sure if this is still the case? I got my results thru (currently appealing) so at least I know I didn't do anything wrong. Send them an email or call them to clarify - they are very helpful - good luck

cyberslam
i called up ACS and they told me that i don't need to submit hard copies anymore. So i guess they have changed the process.
