Guest smithnigel18
Hi evryone, I'm on a 475 visa, hence, prohibited from working in a metropolitan area for 2 years.. If I take on a job through a Perth-based company, but the work itself is up north in the regional area - would I be violating the conditions of my visa? Thanks in advance. lebourvellec
Im not sure - maybe speak to a Registered Migration agent - but my thought would be no you would not be violating your visa terms. IT is a difficult on for when you apply for the 887 regarding what it would say on your payslips.
