Guest The Ropey HOFF
Cant they out price them with the insurance ? Youngster can't afford to drive here in the UK, well they can drive up to a 1.3 car, but it costs about £3k as long as mum or dad are the main driver, I asked about 5 insurance companies for a quote on a 1.6 and only one said they would insure him at £10k. Sol2Oz
she probably thought she had her foot on the brake ... Well, "hoon driving" entails more than just speeding - otherwise everyone would be a hoon. It's about making tire marks while spinning around, and who knows what other stunts.
