Do you have to start filling out the forms first or do you have to get a sponsor first? If this is the case do you just have to send your CV off to the companies in Australia. My friend is wanting to emigrate to Perth. He's a car mechanic with over 13yrs experience. Also if he does get a sponsor how would his wife and children go over, is it a totally different visa for them? Sorry for all the questions, no idea whatsoever about sponsorship. Rupert Posted July 31, 2012 Share Posted July 31, 2012 Not much point filling in forms without a sponsor. :wink:The first step for the ENS visa is to find a job, which needs to be done the old fashioned way, applications, CV, phonecalls etc. If your friend manages to find a sponsor and they meet the criteria, then his wife nad children would come on the same visa application and would be granted the same visa. When he fills out the application forms and sends his cv off does he also send a covering letter to ask if they'd sponsor him. If and when he gets a job offer what is the 2nd stage he'd have to do?
