landr Posted July 25, 2012 Share Posted July 25, 2012 Hi, We are just packing our boxes and have packed all the clothes we want sending. How thorough do we have to be with removing stray cat hairs? 3FatCats Posted July 25, 2012 Share Posted July 25, 2012 I was very thorough in removing cat hair from the box that said Cats Things, including their blankets and beds. All passed Aqis with no extra fees but they had opened to inspect. I cleaned so much even their litter tray made it through! As for my clothes, even with a lot of washing and brushing there is always the odd hair, I don't think they will be too fussed there, but are likely to be more drawn to the boxes that are potentially an issue because of content.
