I was assuming visas were released once a quarter, now 6months from jul 1. It has been stated that after 1 July the expect to process visas within 4-6 months. Your question is confussing - currently 176ss applications are getting a CO within 4 weeks and the processing speed of 175 applications have increased significantly over the last few months from waiting 6-8 months for a CO to about 2 months.
