mwgster
Just something I thought I should post... I have been assigned a case officer and had my police checks and medicals done. About 5 days after the medicals I went on the DIAC web portal to check the status of my application. My wife and kids medical status was set to 'received' but mine was not!! Every day, since I have checked and the status is the same! So, my wife phoned the Spire in Manchester to check if everything had been uploaded! As it happens, the Dr was having trouble uploading my details! They said that the reason for this is because they have noticed that if people check their status quite often (like every day), it seems to lock the account for a period of time and prevents documents from being uploaded! I have been told not to check the status for 3/4 days and that should then allow them to upload the document! :arghh:
subs
Hmm, interesting ! Even do we do not have rights to edit, why should it lock-out? cheers
mwgster
Not sure why it should lock out.. Technical issue with the upload portal. In the end DIAC gave the medical staff a new code from which they could then upload the medicals... Doesn't happen to many but I was unlucky enough to be one of them!
