ztjt2003 Posted May 3, 2012 Share Posted May 3, 2012 Hi everyone i just wanted to ask if anyone else has had a similar experience wih Victoria State Sponsorship?.... i lodged my online application on Tuesday and had an email waiting on Wednesday morning to ask extra questions. My husband lived in Sydney years ago for 6 months on a working holiday visa, so they asked why we want to live in Melbourne rather than Sydney, why we do not want to live in Sydney, what my work prospects are like in Melbourne compared to Sydney. We have not looked at Sydney so I could not give them lots of info about a comparison, but gave them lots of reasons why we have chosen Melbourne. Is it common practice for them to come back with questions? Also, it was very quick after submission so does that mean things are moving quickly or is there always a first check and then a long wait? if anyone has any experience of the process I'd love to hear about it. Racing for July deadline but think its a bit late as Victoria say 12 weeks for processing SS? thanks zoe Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
