aduffield76 Posted April 19, 2012 Share Posted April 19, 2012 Hi all, I am currently in the process of getting all my assessments and ss for a 176 visa lodge and wondered....(taking bloody ages!! :chatterbox:) If i get my visa, and validate it, how long do I have to finally move? toOZ2012 Posted April 19, 2012 Share Posted April 19, 2012 You'll get a year from the date of your Meds/PCCs(whichever is earlier) to validate your visa. One validated you are confirmed as a PR but in order to exit/enter Australia you'll need something called an return visa/entry permit. You have to renew your entry permit every 5 years.
