Honeybun
Hi friends, I have a simple query... Is it mandatory that the primary applicant has to enter Oz (before or together) with the secondary applicant or can the secondary applicant enter before the primary applicant for the initial entry??? toOZ2012
Only if you have a 8502 condition or something similar in your grant. If nothing is mentioned then your family is free to arrive in any order you want. http://www.fahcsia.gov.au/guides_acts/ssg/ssguide-9/ssguide-9.3/ssguide-9.3.5/ssguide-8502.html
lebourvellec
The 8502 condition will be listed on the secondary applicants visa conditions on the grant, if the primary applicant has to enter first.
littlegreenman
I agree with the others. Funny thing for us was that the 8502 condition was listed on the wife's (primary applicant) visa label as well. You won't know whether this condition will be imposed until the visa is granted though. lebourvellec
We have the 8502 as well, listed on grant letter under me and my daughter - we dont have our labels yet - but our grant its states that we have to get them?? Think its because my husband has 2 passports from the same country for work purposes . untitled1.bmp untitled1.bmp
