Hi all, I wondered whether anyone here might be in a position to offer any advice or guidance regarding my father's 651 eVisitor visa application. He applied on 14 March and was asked to provide more information (police check) on 18 March. He provided that to the Department on 25 March (clean with no convictions) and has yet to receive any further correspondence on his application. I even became an authorised recipient on 22 April and contacted my local MP in the hope of moving the process forward, unfortunately to no avail. My mother applied at the same time and received her application in a matter of minutes. Would appreciate any views as the past 8 weeks have been incredibly frustrating and stressful.

Hi all, I saw today that 75% of citizenship applications are now being processed in 9 months. I applied back in January 2021 in Melbourne and am keen to seek an update from the Department as to the status of my application. Does anyone have the correct email address for contacting the Department? Thanks in advance.
