Hi Guys I am a little confused and worried about department's processing time after AAT send back matter to immi department as I have seen many people who won their AAT and matter goes back to immi and immi usually ask s56 request after couple of days or couple of weeks and grant their visa after a little time but there are few member in this group who are waiting for over a year and some over 18 months and no update from immi departments. so please share your ideas and timelines as I my AAT approved on 20 July 2021 and waiting for immi update. Thanks guys

sorry but AAT taking around 31 months to 36 months mate unless you are very lucky

AAT can take from couple of days to couple of weeks after submitting all requested documents

It really depends on what they requested like if its just some normal documents like registration of business and extracts etc. then i can say you have 100% winning chances. So not to worry and be positive mate you will get your case approved.

Hi @Madhuri well in this case i will definitely recommend you to get help of a good migration agent because it’s totally depend on agent’s submission to get an positive outcome.

Hi @ring3018 i appealed Sep. 2018 AAT opened April 2021 requested current documents such as BAS, Financials, etc. I submitted pictorials evidence, Financials, taxation assessment notice, etc. Approved on 20th July without any hearing.

Hi Guys i would like to share a good news that i have got my AAT approved without hearing on 20th July but i haven't got any reply from department yet. Do you have any idea how long department take to assign a case officer. Thanks
