Paul how many times nomination needs to be approved
Looks like your nomination will be more stronger than mine

I didn’t get nomination approval along with s56 request or it happens with many cases, they have given me 14 days to submit for nomination documents and 28 days for s56
Looks like some financial documents missing in your file so i think just submit requested documents along with s56 documents
once you submit financial you will get your nomination approved

Aat ask for document 10th September
We submitted all document before 20th September (its a deadline for submission)
My mara agent snet mail regarding my file last week to the aat
Its a been nearly 2 month after submission of document
Still haven't received any thing from aat
Is it possible aat approve nomination without hearing???
State is qld
And retail manager
Nomination rejection reason was company can not pay next two year
And it was 3 year after rejection of nomination
Still I am with company and company paying me full pay
Is anyone here same as me ????
It’s possible AAT can approve without hearing
as in my case aat asked documents in 11 April 2021 and then set an hearing for 27 july but they approved without hearing on 20th july
so dont lose hope
good luck

I think CO is not allocated to your case and unfortunately, the MA can not do anything until the CO is not allocated. I know this because I tried to contact to immi but the customer service centre people (call centre) are unable to assist with anything.
Hope you get CO soon to hear the good news, in the mean time i will highly recommend to get your AFP and your home country police clearance done to avoid further delay when your case open.
I have everything handy

Hi guys,
I've applied AAT in August 2019 and I'm still waiting to hear from them. I've been working for the same company since 2016
What happens if I leave my job or ask them to be on unpaid leave until I hear from the AAT? Has anyone been through this before?
Is this an option at all? Or do I have to remain working for them?
Thanks in advance.
First thing AAT member will see wether you working or not
if they found you not working you will loose your case because if your business is still operating without you it means this is not a genuine position
so i would highly recommend you to keep working
you should consult with you RMA

That's is standard procedure mate, my refusal was for the same reason, though all the workers in my workplace were AU citizens, it does not matter if you performing all your duties listed in ANZESCO.
wish you the best of luck.
One more suggestion I want to give everyone waiting here is that guys get your PCC done, because it's taking a long time to process now, and it does not expire until you do not travel to your country (especially India).
Hi Virajhu
i won my AAT on 20th July and haven’t heard anything from department yet i dont know why they taking so long after remit decision.
any idea guys ?

First time they asking
In this case they usually ask you to submit all the latest documents such as business financials etc. but you can always ask for some more time and they will grant you 2 weeks extra time and sometime 4 weeks time.
once you submit all the documents they will invite you for hearing or they will give you decision on paper and submission.
i hope it will help
-
Is it the first time they asking for documents after lodged AAT or they asking any specific documents after hearing?
It really depends

Hi Guys,
Could anyone please advise that does AAT sends WRITTEN decisions to us via email or they just send straight to IMMIGRATION?
Thanks
They send a written decision to your authorised agent and a copy to immigration as well

Mine still shows finalised
