AAT applied Sep 2018

AAT opened April 2021

Approved July 2021

s56 request Nov 2021

Granted today

I applied application in Feb 2018 got refused sep 2018

applied aat oct 18

opened aat april 21

approved aat july 21

nomination approved nov 21 and got s56 req

so waiting for decision

They can’t make any excuse now as your nomination already approved 

so they will have to grant you a visa
 

Probably call immigration directly and tell them that its already overtime

When did you lodged your application for nomination and visa

because global processing time says up to 45 months and also this subclass is no longer available so there are no any CO are appointed anyway

Is your case involved in sort of immigration investigation?? Seen few cases they have investigation about genuine job position

Immigration asked s56 request on 25 Nov and i supplied by 4 Dec( due date 23 dec) but I didn’t hit button says “i confirm i have submitted all the requested information “ as my migration agent said they might ask some more questions so lets see when they grant visa
