  1. Perfect, you should get an email within 2 to 3 days. I’m glad I could help
  2. Hi Hiral, You news to login to you immi account and fill out a technical support form, have a look at pictures below. Provide them with your nomination decision from AAT, there is an option to attach the documents in the support form. But if they have already changed your status online then there is no point in doing this. It will take them 2-3 days to change your status from Finalised to Further Assessment and you should get an email from them asking for further documents. Good luck
  3. Hi Leticia, That’s a bit strange, I had the CO allocated about 8 days after the nomination was approved. That’s a good thing your MA emailed immigration. What I did was filled an online form to let IMMI know to change my status and 2 days later we got an email asking for further documents. If you haven’t done that I’d suggest doing that and maybe it will give them an indication to open your visa file. Keep us updated anyway. Good luck
  4. Hi, Are you the sole applicant? And which state? My nomination got approved 27th of May, submitted all the required documents to IMMI 3 weeks ago and hoping for some good news. Please keep us updated if you hear anything. Good Luck!
  5. Ohh ok, it’s not good. I hope you get a positive result soon. I’m the sole applicant so hoping to hear some good news by next week. Also I’m not RSMS, I’m located in Melbourne CBD. I will update you guys as soon as I hear something. Good to you too
  6. Wow that’s a long time, I had my nomination approved in May 2020 and I submitted all the documents requested by immigration over 3weeks ago. I think you should contact IMMI. May I ask what state have you applied from? Thanks
  7. Hi Greyz, Just a quick question, how how long did the immigration took to approve your application after you submitted the documents? Also which state? Thanks
  8. Approximately 2yrs from the date of your application.
  9. It’s not much you can do, you will have to wait about 2yrs before you hear from them and then start working on getting your documentation strong. As long as you are working for your employer and your position is genuine then you should be alright.
  10. Sorry that was a typo, it was suppose to be 2018
  11. Thanks Lu Ding, My position is Hotel Manager and the refusal reason was that company can’t afford me for 2yrs.

  14. They looked at the old one that we gave them the first time, now they have asked to update the organisational chart and re submit.
  15. Yes they did provide with the email to submit the documents. If they didn’t ask you for documents that’s a good thing, I hope you get a positive response. Keep us all updated if you hear anything. Good luck
  16. Yes it was just for my employer, how long have you been waiting for? I waited 22 months before I heard anything. Yes you’re right at least the wait is over now just waiting for my fate and I hope it’s all positive. Wish you all the best
  17. Will do, thanks. Did you have your hearing?
  18. Hey guys my hearing went well according to my boss. The reason my nomination was rejected was because according to the department the company cannot afford me for 2years which is wrong. My boss said the member was satisfied with the financials that were provided. I am a manager at a hotel and we are shut right now due to covid19 and his question was will the company afford me while we are closed and if I will be employed when the hotel opens. My boss said the member gave her hard time on our organisational chart that’s because it was 3 years old from when I applied for the PR and that’s what he had on file. At the end he asked for an updated organisational chart along with the apprentice pay slips and proof of them being citizen or a resident from 4years ago, that’s just for the training benchmarks, lastly he asked a statement from our company’s accountant saying they can pay me for next 6 months with limited operations of the hotel until Covid19 crisis is controlled and that should also include cash flow. We are big company with multi massive hotels around Melbourne, I just think we are getting picked on for no reason, everything they asked for we have it, I just don’t understand what’s the big deal about organisational chart. Hope this helps others and good luck to every one. We are going to submit the rest of the documents either today or tomorrow, I will update again once I hear more about it. Take care guys and good luck to all
