I am waiting grant after Nomination approved last year. Last week got sore back at work and I was thinking to email my employer to change my duties so I can minimise chances of hurting my back.
Please advicebis it good to email to employer.

Thanks, but I cannot see any conditions aside of remaining lawful. The rest is more guidance and that I may get 10 documents translated free of charge
Generally no such condition is stipulated. But you still have to work for sponsor. Yep if sponsor frees you that's different scenario.

Hi All,
I have a quick question. Does the number of hours you are working will impact the decision of your case.
another question is once visa been granted through AAT, do we still need to work for the same employer for 2 more years.AAT doesnot grant visas. It only reasses and decide whether application sent back to immigration for processing.
Once immigration grant visa you have to work for your sponsor. Doesnot matter how many hours. But it's not your choice though.

Hi Guys
did anyone get your PR after winning on AAT? I remember some of you were here talking about it, I’m just wondering to know if someone got it? As most you you know I’m waiting 10 months now after AAT send back to Immi.
Thanks
Hey Leticia
They are just lingering on at the moment mighty excuse is COVID. Don't even opening straight cases which are Nomination approved way back. My agent had raised plenty of complaints about processing but deaf ears. No response but they say that previously u raised issue on blah blah date. Don't push again n again. But no resolution on that complaint. Bit rude at the moment.

Hi. I have been on my RSMS visa from 10/2019 till now so it's around 16 months in. I have been invited for citizenship test on 25th this month. My work has been very nasty to me even tho I'm one of their best workers all because I don't suck up to the new head chef and he decided to transfer me to another venue which 30 mins away from my home. So my question is can I resign after I give my test and DHA approve my application? Or I need to wait till my ceremony? Thank you.
How come u r getting citizenship so early like in 19month from your visa grant.

Heya
Any updates guys.
Was eager to know ways how we can complain or else about passing out processing times as per Immi website. Any ideas or if someone has done it before will be appreciated.
TIA

i just called homeaffairs they said after winning AAT your file consider as a new case file so the 17-35 months processing time will apply on applications after winning AAT and there is nothing we can do about it if they require any other information they will contact us.
Yep it is. They only count when ur file approved after nomination. Mine got approved in March 20 but still no case officer allowed. Good luck mate.
Should be all right. Keep urself positive. Ta
