Hi, Hubby applies for spouse visa in August this year. I’m really impatient to return to Australia and would like to go March next year after my husband’s contact finishes. The waiting times are 17 -21 months. Could he arrive on a visitor visa and apply for a bridging visa and would it let him work right away? Also would he gave to let the three months visitor visa run out first? Thanks.
