HI GUYS! i submitted the documents they asked on 3 July. Still waiting. Nomination approved on 18 June. My partner was found THC positive (while driving) on 2017 but we declared so. Immigration asked why it does not appear on the police clearence so we had to write a letter to explain that it is not a big matter, that s why the police clearence does not show it. Now we are waiting for more that 6 weeks since we submitted all they needed. Do you guys think it can affect the visa application ?

Hi Guys! i applied January 2018 Nomination approved 18 June 2019 Immigration asked for a missing translation and form 80 which have been sent on 3 July I heard nothing so far and usually it is quick after the nomination, as i can see in this forum, and this concerns me. state - QLD pos - PRIMARY PRODUCT INSPECTOR
