    Hello everyone, 

    I got the problem here, if someone can please please help me.

    However I got the 186 approval 6 weeks but my second child didnt get the 186 visa because my lawyer, didnot put the form 1436 into my 186 file while waiting for the decision and so my second child didnt get the grant till now. 

    Now my lawyer told me that we have to apply 802 child visa and then we will get the child visa. 

    Is anyone been through the same situation ?

    Hello everyone,

    My name is singh, today I thanks to this forum very much for all the positive comments and happiness shared by others. A special thanks to @Hex, @sydneyishuk, @natmis, @Amit Gupta and @BigBan

    I got my pr yesterday,  nomination approved 29th june 2019. No more new documents asked  by them, whoever are waiting please be patience, it will come. Off course it will come but please believe in god, he is here, I feel him.

    And status went from received to finalised. No. More documents asked by them,  all the documents submitted. 

    Thanks to my lawyer,  ISha Mehta at ims immigration Cheltenham.

    Thank you and taking the time out to help, actually I was confused with the immigration website and worried by different wordings. 

    So it is cleared now that 4.5 band score overall is needed. 

    I will upload on Monday, on my immi account.

    As I am entered in the 3rd week after nomination approval.

    I wish you the very best luck. 

    If you don't know, I tell you they might process your wife's afp in one day as it happen with my wife' afp.

    Hello everyone, 

    Following this forum from few months. 

    I got silver e-mail. 

    My nomination is approved yesterday(saturday). 

    Occupation : cook 

    Applied : 8th Dec 2018 

    Processing office : vic pese 

    Receive famous email on 4th April 

    Thanks to @hex for the great advices. 

    In the god we all trust, thanks to him.
