    Hi @Andyt0904, first of all, congratulations to get yours ceremony date. My application was approved in 2021 April, and it's been almost 12 months, so I called Immigration and asked them. The day before yesterday, one of the officer from the department called me and apologised for the delay and give me same date as your however, he didn't tell me at what time and where about. He said to me that you would receive a letter from the council. Would you be able to tell me what time is the ceremony and where about so I can ask for time off from my employer? Kind regards Amit

    Hi All, I got my visa today. My case was bit complicated because First CO asked me on 27 may ship clearance certificate which already uploaded (different wording) and police clearance certificate from a country (company correspondence office) where I never visited or stayed. I was employed by company Italian office. Furthermore, second CO asked same documents on 19 July (Not sure if he had a look on my uploaded documents). My MA got upset and he has to write a letter explaining what they're asking are uploaded. Today morning at 11, I called to IMMI customers care (131881)and explained my situation. Person from other side of phone understand and he told me that he will do his best to help me out. Around 3. 30pm 3rd CO call my MA and MA explained everything. Within 5 minutes my PR granted. Thank you everyone for helping me out. @Hex@Hex you are doing great work on this form.

    My MA has to write a letter explaining them what they are asking is irrelevant with written documents evidences . My CO asked me P. C. C. From a different country where I never visited.

    S56 submitted on 29 may 2019, still waiting, not sure for what I got s56 , when all the documents uploaded before he asked . Hopefully, it won't be too long

    Yes, it's. Hopefully this will help other applicants. Anyway, I will tack this conversation as an opportunity to say thank you for going exta miles and helping applicants (including me) really appreciate. However, my case is straget forward. Everything is there (IMMI account). I got 2 different S56 from 2 different Case officers asking same documents which are already on IMMI account. Not sure why it's taking so long. I am almost 2 months on Further assessment. Nevertheless, this what it's. I can't complain because this is part of life - Thank you .

    @Hex Good morning and thanks you for your helpful response and time. You really give extra effort to this form and we really appreciate it. Nevertheless, I am not MA so don't take my advice as a rule. Furthermore, when my friend try to show English evidence for his partner he submitted overall 4.5 result and he got his visa. He was confused also so MA send him legislation which is this only for Secondary applicants functional English https://www.legislation.gov.au/Details/F2014L01668. Now, about your case there is a different legislation which shows exactly what is component English, professional English or superior English. In those legislations it's clearly mentioned that you should have in each. However in functional legislation it say overall. Hopefully, this sounds good. Once again I am not MA. I just try to show up what is there in sets of rules which I come across. - Thank you.

    @Nora @Dar thank you for more information. First of all I am not MA. There are so many things on IMMI website which are confusing. However, legislations give more clarification. Please have a look on both screens shorts. This work for my friend - Thank you
