Hi Guys finally i can call Australia home i got my golden email yesterday Here is my timeline Occupation cook Case loged 07/17 Documents updated ie police check and medical on 20/02/19 then Documents requested on 8th april 2019 only AFP even tho it was updatedso we update it straight away then documents requested for nomination on 2/05/2019 And got my visa on 7/05/2019 Here is a twist my buisness was on sale from last year but its not sold it was under the same AbN was a very stressful situation for me but finally i am soo happy hope everyone else on this forum will get their visa soon wish you guys luck dont panic just wait the gpod news is on its way

We have a staff of 25 people out of which 4 only chefs got sponsered and 1 bar staff who is full time rest is on casual and part time basis but i really dont know about our turnover as my boss and MA didnt bother to tell us this stuff

Hi everyone i am a silent follower i am sharing my timeline Occupation cook Location vic regional Visa and nomination application loged Aug 2017 Rcb approved whitin one month My MA suggested me to update my medical and PC so i updated it without requested by my CO now on 8th april CO requested for PC even tho i updated the new one in Feb 2019 status changed from recieved to Further assesment no news so far....... No news for nomination aswell its very stressfull

Hi Guys i am silent follower from last year ive applied 187 DE cook Aug 2017 ive checked my immi account today they required my police cleareance but ive already applied and subbmitted my new police cleareance and health assesment last month as my MA suggested me to get that done now so ive have already subbmitted my all docs status changed from recieved tp further assesment how long does it take my MA uploaded again my pCC

Hi guys ive applied 187 de cook victoria region applied visa and nomination 08/17 still waiting but the some other guys applied from the same place after me they got their file approved bcz at that time i was a part time not full time bcz one person waitied for 18 months when CO opened his file he approved the file of other cooks 4 people applied as a cook 1 in september 16 1 in june 17 me august 17 and last one september 17 all of them got their visa approved mine one is still pending no answer at all yet bcz i was a part time during that time now my owner baught another Resteraurent in other regional victoria under the same AbN and the Resteraurent where i am working is on sale now not sold but on sale so do i have to worry or not ????? Ps i am working full time from last 1 and half year
