Yes They need ur childs passport and birth certificate to access ur file As i can see ur file is not opened yet so take his passport as soon as possible Once CO will allocated and asked for further documents give them Or if u collect before them update on immi account

Plzzz dnt push them Let them do there work on their own I heard from someone that they will give refusal if do anything on ur own Tell ur MA to do anything bcoz they knows better how to ask them abt delaying process intead of u I hope u will get my point

U can check everything by clicking on attach documents link Then u can see everything and also status of each document u submitted.

Check ur status on immi account Ur file will be finalised after few steps like initial assesment , further assesment and finalised Check the status of given documents and received date tooo These all things will help u more

Want to share some details about my visa Rcb , Nomination and Visa lodged in aug 2017 Rcb approved after a month File opened on 31 jan 2019 Asked lots of docs such as BAS, Financials , profit and loss statement ,pay slips and lease agreement Pcc , Afp and medicals All were submitted on 4 feb 2019 Nomination and Visa granted on 13 march 2019
