NT childcare SEP

No . Co has requested for financial documents form the owner , and my agent had submitted them . Now waiting for the nomination. when did you applied? Have you got nomination approved?

Was it just a letter right ? I can get a letter anyway. My director still needs me , but owner says , there is no sponsership provided at the moment . But I’m confused when is technically sponsership begins? I have already worked full time 1.5years and at the moment I’m in maternity leave ( will be back to work within 3 months )

What do you mean by CONTRACT signed by owner ? That means is there different contract that sign by the owner ? If so , where can we find that contract or is that an obligation that owner has?

Hi Tipu, if you have submitted all the documents, I’m sure you will get your nomination and visa approved in the same day .the day will come soon .stay strong! Co had asked financial documents in 21st January and they had been submitted in 8th of February . That was only for the nomination. can you tell me ,if there is commence date in your two year contract. There is no start date in my contract . thanks

Hi , can you please tell me , whether or not immi ask for a new job contract when the file is picked up . I have already submitted 2 years full time contract which will expire in July 2019.but employer doesn’t like to give full time job contract afterwards but a part time position. childcare group leader

Childcare , my nomination file has been picked up in 21st nomination and visa applied in Sep 2017. child care Group Leader in NT. CO has requested financial documents,but after 16 months the New director doesn't happy to give them.Same company but different director.New director even doesn't know that I have been sponsored.I have only 20 days and still chasing to get the documents.Also Im in maternity leave at the moment and so worried about the thing what happened. Please some one advise me,what I can do for that.I have a job contract until August 2019 though.
