  1. guys got the visa yesterday. lodged on july 2017, total time 22 months. WA regional high risk country occupation chef single applicant may Waheguru bless you all:)
  2. Don't take risk. Consider 1-1.5 months no mate maximum two weeks. Fill it online on VFS, print it and send it. don't worry, doesn't take 1 month, unless there is any trouble.
  3. your employer knows the old rules, according to new rules, you don't qualify if you don't have 3 years full time work experience. Every agent going to say the same thing, if you still want to apply , that's your wish.
  4. that's true bro, the same CO have refused my brother's visa, and the reason was "if other candidates applied the same job, why they were not eligible?" that's Shit !!!
  5. Cuz if the application get rejected you wont be allowed to come back does not matter how long your bridging visa B is for!
  6. I would say wait for the outcome bro, you are almost there. Because god, forbid if they don't approve the visa you can still lodge AAT and remain here and if you ll be in india then it ll be hard to come back.
