Hi Guys, Got the bad news unfortunately, 187 DE visa offshore applied feb 2018 case officer asked for medicals and afp 7th January 2019 company 1000+ turnover $300m+ massive company and all their work is in regional Australia Then yesterday was told the nomination part was refused, Reason it was refused was not having a positive RCB, Here’s the catch, Back in feb 2018 I was using an agent basically got my money summited the visa but never uploaded anything at all and no communicate and the company just sort of blanked it because the long prossessing times, well in October I noticed the agent had becomed unregistered and fleed Australia, the company then said okay let’s get another agent. The new agent straight away uploaded all supporting documents ect but noticed the RCB got refused months prior, due to not loading and evidence with in the requested time, He contacted a manager in immigration asking if he could get extra time to summit a new RCB and the response was don’t worry about it you don’t really need the RCB, and now they have refused the nomination because of this, it was a different case office that review the application and the manager can’t commnet on the other case offices decision. Still don’t have a clue what to do now, Can I just summit a new nomination part or would I needto start the whole process again.

My only thing that changed for me in the end of December I withdrawed an agent and got a new one, since that few days there’s been. Movement, The new agent even said himself said he’s socked they have opened up the care and requested the medicals. Hopefully this year is the year they sort the huge processing times and start getting through the massive backload.

I was just stating that mine changed from being recieved to initial assessment. Nothing about nominations being granted etc..... so people have nominations approved and requests for further docuntents but the status stayed at recieved status.

Hello Silent Follower, I was contacted by my agent today my application is now being processed and requested my medicals Application summited 28 Feb 2018 overseas Status changed to initial assessment. Fingers Crossed not too long now.

I Guess it’s one of them ones, everyone I’ve spoke to their documents have all ready been attached. On the immiaccount it says upload documents to reduce delays etc, because the agent in now not a legal migration agent what happens to that immi account as all corespondence would go to them. Yes I can view the account but they still has full control?? my application was lodged feb 2018 so I still have a bit of time to wait but would like the application ready as such minus medicals ect....

Well I’m worse off I’m in the uk waiting for my visa to be approved. But previously I was living in Perth for nearly 5 years. I haven’t contacted anyone yet as I would need to do it through my sponsor to see who I can use. Unfortunately my sponsor seems to think because it’s such a long processing time theres no reason to panick.

Hello first time poster, Im in the exact same situation my agent has now become Unregistered and no documents have been attached, I’ve been trying to contact him for nearly 6 months. Really not sure where i stand.
