Hello. Thank you for you help/comments about the waste bins. Here in the U.K. in certain parts the Council have decided to collect the bins once a month, within days rats/ vermin people with large families struggling to find somewhere to put their household rubbis, fly tipping has increased, the council say this is to save money!! Your points have been noted, thank you. KGW

Hello: we have seen New Build properties 3bed/2 bath in Mount Barker advertised at $262K can anyone tell us what to expect to pay with add ons to have a completed property, ie fly screens, landscaping, fenced, even down to letter plate and clothes line, my wife wanted a covered area on the rear to sit any idea of prices we would appreciate. Marisa: Again Thank you for your advice, it is taken on board. You are right about the tax implication if my daughter and her family purchase the property. Am I right to think once we have a Bridging Visa we can then build and qualify for the Grant. I have been on various websites and mortgages are available once you have a Bridging Visa, thankfully we don’t need a mortgage, but obviously don’t want to miss out on any incentives. Regards.
