Hi lilly23 thanks for your reply. I had my child born in jan 2018. I do understand it delays the process but still it should not be as delayed as 17 months. 17 months is a very long delaying time for 309 partner visa.

I applied 309 partner visa for my wife in may 2017. And i m still waiting. Interview on phone was done june 2018. Medical and police checks all have been submitted like 7 months ago. I m very very stress and worried and have no idea what to do. I m australian citizen and i still can't speed up my case even after this unreasonable amount of such horrible wait. Please any one here advise me what should i do in this regard.

Mate i applied 309 visa for my wife in may 2017. And we are still in horrible endless wait.

Hi i applied my wife visa 309 in may 2017. I still have not heard anything. I have a 9 month kid too on application. I m very worried and broken.

My wife had been through interview on 23rd may 2018 and since then they are consistently silent. When did you apply for your wife visa in pakistan?

Hi they don't take phone enquiries any more. I have been emailed them numerous times. And i always same reply like application is undergoing mandatory checks. These checks are only their excuses. Also i applied my wife 309 partner visa through paper documents. Although, the amount of times is about the same as for both paper and online documents. I m very anxious and worried about this terrible delay. I ll wait till the end of this month too.

Yes mate i have been emailed them many times. They always have same reply like application is going through mandatory checks. These checks are horrible. Allah inko garaq karey.

As soon as my child born i made a passport for him. My child is in his 9 month now. This is terribly disappointing. I feel like crying on this horrible wait.

Mate, the case is not complicated. It is as simple as i have a child and wife. I emailed them many times. C O said in last email the application can not be processed unless all checks are completed. What checks is this application undergoing. Can you suggest what should i do?

Hi everybody. My wife applied for 309 visa on 22nd May 2017 back in pakistan. There is no final outcome yet. The bleedy application is still under processing. What should i do other than waiting? Thanks

Are you in Australia "kina sa"? And is your husband and kids are back in pakistan?

My wife applied 309 in May 22nd 2017. And all medical and police checks have been done. I have still been waiting too. I have a child too. I have been contacted to immi heaps of time thru email. They always have same reply " application is still undergoing mandatory checks. Very very disappointment.
