  1. Hi guys dont know why but I usually have dreams that i were kicked out of Aus, stuck in my home country, got visa rejected; and always woke up in very bad feeling (afraid, worry,..) althought my normal life isn’t stress for me and i’m still happy day by day. I tried to give up on this forum few times ago cause reading this everyday just make me worry and frustrated. Sometime, i just feel not fair for us who are doing very hard to stay in Aus. And out there, I know many ppl doing fake marriage or just get pregnant as the way to Pr. sorry guys, just want to say what i’m thinking now.
  2. It's called DAMA 2 ( just start from 1/1/2019), you can google for more details. And not only in Darwin but everywhere in Northern Territory. After working for 3 year ( jobs in the list), you can apply for PR, even for low-skill positions. But you also need to be sponsored by an approved business. They' re trying to push people to NT now, so it might be a bit easier than others crowded states
  3. My MA replied that: immigration does not provide any minimum salary level for the 187 visa applicant during the period of waiting for the visa decision. Also because different business offer different salary packages for its employees. So, MA said following my current position, i will be ok. Hope 2019 will be good for us Very frustrated
  4. Yes, i know i need to be 38hrs like you said but dont know what to do. Also, i'm really love my job atm I'm literally do everything in the kitchen like: preparation everything, ordering stocks, special dishes,.. i'm the only cook in the hotel, if i quit, pretty sure no one can do it, cause my boss said it's impossible to find a cook. Turnover is $1.8mil But I'll contact my agent and ask about it now. Thanks for your help Best wishes to all of us
  5. I'm in regional Vic and my rate is 23$/hr as a cook. I'm full time worker but 1 year just come out with aprox $34-36k. Cause the opening hours in the bistro just like 4hrs/a day and close 2 days a week. So, i work aprox 30hr/a week. Will the payrolls affect the result? Thank you.
  6. I think your waiting time is counting down. It's very close to the processing time now. All the best Can you pls share your occupation and state? i'm a cook, Vic.
  7. Yeah, they're my agent too. For me, they're doing very good on their job. And i'm still waiting, 1 year 1 month

  12. You misunderstand me. I’m not comparing everybody’s cases. i just wondering that is the processing time for nomination and the processing time for visa are the same? Or different? Cause i read a post of a migration company said nomination take 10-14 months and visa take 21-22. But not sure is this correct or not
  13. Hi guys, Is anyone know the processing time for nomination and visa are same or different? i read a post online (cant remember where) said nomination take 10-14 months, and visa is now 21-22 months. i think nomination is like 80% out of 100% to get approve
  14. Can you please share the reason why they refused your nomination? i’m a cook as well. Thank you
  15. Position: Cook, Vic Still no news from them. My boss already put the business on sale, so really hope everything going good before someone buy it.
  16. Yes, they’re both in regional postcode and owned by the same person. But it’s 2 different ABN. i lodged application on Dec/2017. And on application, there’s only 1 place (the 1st one as in the previous cmt). But this also make me confused. Following the rules, we only need to work for the sponsor after the 187 granted (even 6 months later after PR). So, why immi let people come to the business for checking or require us to prove that we actually working in there?
  17. Hi Guys, can you guys help me with this. Is it compulsory to work under the address that provided in the application? My boss have 2 hotel: 1st is the one in the application with address & Abn. 2nd: still belongs to them and under their management. But different areas (20mins from the 1st) and different abn . I’m been working with them for 1 year but most of the time i’m working in the 2nd one. Cause i saw some story in this forum said immi might send people to the business to check or call in randomly.
  18. Hi everyone, best wish for all of us ?? Position: cook Vic 187 lodged (application + nomination): 19/12/2017 Rcb approval 1/2018 My boss have 2 businesses. The main one have opening for 4 yrs which is also on the application. The 2nd one is just opened nearly 1 year. And now they’re selling the 1st business which is on my application. And i’ve been working for them 1 year for both place. is anyone know this will affect my results or not? ? so worry. As they’re selling it. Cause they want to focus on the 2nd place (they bought the land). They’re old so too much work for them, although the business is still going very good.
