No, 5 years program applies to all of us even people who got permanent residency on skilled visas if they dont stay there for 5 years they wouldn't be able to to get their citizenship. Well that's what the government is saying.but the question is we can apply for citizenship after 1 year of pr grant once we get citizenship how can they stop us from going anywhere.

Hi guys ,applied on 22nd cook position may I think they are processing Feb march now let's see what happens this month ,finger crossed. People who applied as restaurant or cafe managers guys be very careful with your paperwork provide as many documents as possible I am not try6to scare you or anything but 80% to 90% refusals for restaurant and cafe managers so if you haven't uploaded all the the documents speak to your boss or MA ,because they are picking on small business immigration thinks that owners should be covering managers duties for small businesses, good luck to everybody hopefully we all get the goo news very soon

Hello guys, Nomination and Visa applied on 22 may2017 for 187 cook in nsw no news yet ,its so frustrating it's been almost 18 months it's never ending process and the Visa refusals are countless been working with the employer for past year and half I just uploaded new documents, new contract with pay raise, pay slips, bass,group certificate and notice of assessment etc,looks like they opening Feb 2017 files. fingers are crossed let's see what happens, shouldn't expect too much the way the Visa refusals are going, good luck to everyone I will update again as soon as I hear from immi.
