Hi everyone Would like to ask for you guys suggestion about passport issue. I applied my 187 visa with my A passport in February 2018. ( A passport going to expire in June 2019). Then I got my B passport renewed in October 2018 after the 187 visa submitted (as this B passport was expired long time ago and I never use it for travel. But I did filled this B passport information on Form 80 as well). As soon as I got my B passport renewed I sent it to my MA to update the information but I know he didn’t update for me. (As I can see nothing uploaded in the immi account.) So my question is once I got my visa granted will it be related to my B passport as well? Did immigration knows this is the same person just holding two passport from different countries? As my A passport going to expire soon if it does then I no need to renew my A passport. Please any one can give me advice? Thanks.

Nope...I really got the police check request letter from CO... My agent forwarded the letter from CO to me too. And also I haven’t see any message in the immi account about police check too.

I just checked my immi account the Last updated date and the submitted date are the same date... I applied in Feb 2018 and immigration requested police check in July 2018 and I submitted in Aug 2018... Anyone can tell did they got my police check or anything please? TIA

Because I’ve already got my immi account but it only shows the visas I applied by myself before. I couldn’t see the 187 visa application which is applied by my MA... or I have to register the new account one more time now?

Hi everyone I applied form Feb 2018 and got the letter from immigration in July 2018 to provide the police check from my country. I submitted in Aug 2018 then without any update now. Can someone give me ideas is that means my file has been opened or whatever? Few people which I know they applied in the same like me but they already got PR approved. We are all applying same position - cook. So disappointing and feeling sad that how come immi keep you guys still waiting from early 2017 or even late 2016...

I feel like meanless to check other people’s timeline now... as apply with the same position, some guys got nomination or visa approved with in 1 years...some guys waited more then 1 year but still waiting...some guys apply late but got approved first... There is no rule or fixed timeline for immigration to decide when they gonna open your file..just open/grant visa whenever they feel free to do it... so what we only can do is just keep doing what we doing now...and wait...I believe the golden day will comes one day to all of you guys...

Yeah only can say the 2018 ones is really really lucky... noting we can do but only waiting... i wish everyone here got approved visa soon...cheer up...

Yeah hard to say...but once you got nomination approved which means your visa 99.9% will be granted. Just waiting the time comes. Isn’t it?

I really have no idea on this. I only tell the fact that which shown on the quoted approval letter. But one thing I can see is seem like immi approve the nomination at the same time to the applications which at the same business and same position. Im just telling the fact from those quoted letter...I’m also the one still waiting and have no idea...haha...

But according to this forum seems once got nomination approved then the visa will always grant in short time...

Refer to the quoted documents there are two different guys they work under the same employer and applied the visa with same MA the first guy applied in Feb 2017 and another guy applied in Feb 2018 but both of them got the nomination approved on the same day.

So under the same company and MA one guy applied in Feb 2017 anothre guy applied in Feb 2018 exectly one year late but granted nomination on the same day in September 2018 alrealy speechless... Only can say the guy who applied recently is really really lucky... But another good news is can see those 2017’s file are opening and getting approved...maybe...

If it’s real one, then it is really not fair to the someone who has been waited for more than a year...

I lodged application in Feb 2018 as well. Only asked for submit the police check so far. I’m really doube that this is real or fake. But I’m wondering how the agency can make the fake document like this which is related to Australian immigration... any legal consequences will occurs?

Hi everyone Visa and nomination applied in Feb 2018 Rcb approved in March 2018 Got request from immigration for police check record in July 2018 Haven’t done the medical check as immigration didn’t ask for it so far... so does it mean my file has been opened or any thing? Waiting is really killing me...actually I didn’t mind to stay in the regional area for longer time but just wanna leave current job ;( Ain’t the gov want to set people to stay in the regional area for longer time? But for us even though we still stay in the regional area but still have to remain in the same company...can’t change the workplace ;(((
