Mate they Ask basics rules of cookery’s review the theory what you have study before. Safety and hygiene. All basic cooking method cleaning the equipment temperature monitoring ;hazzard  .food cost and waste management. Making sauces, pastries everything you have studied before with previous work experience. Conflict management, environmental issues etc.

documents submit on 20/09/2018

nominations approved on 27/9/2018

now waiting for visa,hopefully won't be long

Hi , when did you start working there full time? From the date u applied visa or later you were in temporary graduate visa or different visa  could you mention please.

Hi you can specify that you are getting your contract salary.how much you are getting as a full time permanent staff and shows your banking transactions that you are currently getting from your employer.
