I checked my sources and I'm not spreading panic I'm giving you figures.
Do your math it is not that hard to calculate: 6 000 out of 30 000 (my lawyer told me there are over 30 000) it gives you less than 20% that's how many visas can be granted add to it all the bogus applications and all the other reasons for refusal etc and see what % will you have. Thanks
We can’t see how many applicants on the table ?? There are22000 applications are pipelines and this is on immigration websites mentioned clearly so please do not Spread such fake news.

187 migration intake will increase from 6,000 to 9,000 places each yearDoes that mean that our 187 visa applications will be processed faster and included in those 9,000? However, I think those 9,000 people must live and work for at least 3 years in order to get PR. So the new 187 visas will be temporary visas for 3 years and then you'll be able to apply for PR"!!!!
New 187 visa is permanent visa, there is very strict obligations need put on place that employee must work for 3 years after visa grants.

Hi sameer I am in touch with angliss.com.au
Just wondering if we can apply for 190 jut with initial skill assessment and wait for the final one??
And did u also do your skill assessment from them
Hi Deoma if you want to apply 190 vIsa u need to qualify for full skill assessment. If you are working as a Sous Chef or head chef you can qualify otherwise you need to apply as cook. Now, for 190 cook occupations need 5 years post qualification experience in Victoria, better u apply 489. So pre assessment is not skill assessment it’s just checking whether you can qualify for full skill assessment or not. Please call them they can give you all details. The person who deal with skill assessment , his name is Daniel Chee.

This is for who got 3 years of experience. So you can start whether u qualify or not. They can check your eligibility with free pre-assessment. Before you lodge complete application.will email you to start the process. So what I am saying you if you start collecting your documents for skill assessment that takes time. Please click the link that I have already posted.

https://www.news.com.au/national/breaking-news/labor-open-to-cutting-annual-migration-cap/news-story/a3a40d2be5e7305d1806458f2fbcdab1 Hot news guys please do skill assessment if your occupation list is in the state occupation list ,do not wait long, now, no guarantee of visa even though u r genuine applicants because they will reduce the quota of permanent employer sponsored visa when new financial year comes to an effect

Hi Sameer 120 can you provide some more information about skill assessment. As I am interested to do that but I only have 1 year paid experience as a cook still working with my employer. But willing to go for skill assessment don't know if I am eligible for it or not.
You need to have 3 years full time post qualification experience or you need to do job ready program which is finish in one year time you have to finish 1725 working hours of either one employer or multiple employers. So one year experience doesn’t count. Please discuss with MARA agents. For job ready please Visit TRA website .as you need full time work right during job ready program. If you are holding bridging visa A you are able to do but u applied as a current student for 187 you can not apply.

I would suggest you to start initial assessment now.at least you can save some time, that is free it’s take roughly 3 weeks. But if you do your whole assessment it’s about 2000$ if you do by yourself but agent charge more money. I would suggest you to apply the TRA approved RTO William angliss they are very good and quick compared to Vetassess. Please click in website and jump to offshore skill assessment section they have written everything for your processes.https://www.angliss.edu.au/industry/tss-osap-skills-assessment/

Oh okay... he should have done this easily. But I don’t know why they did this. I waited for 21 months. I feel so depressed because I spent so much money and wasted my time as well.
If I come as a visitor can I still find a sponsor and get a sponsorship? Can I apply from there instead of waiting here fo so long?
I was in Australia for 5 years and I came back in 2015.
What’s your occupation?and how many years of experience do u have?? Better live your country. I am also fed of waiting?? I will back if anything happens to my visa.

I’m actually been sponsored as the assistant to the directors. So not for a specific store.does the AAT takes 2 years?
U better apply new nomination because AAT takes time and more expensive than new nomination file.

He owns few businesses.not just one. So he has only shut down one temporarily. But he should have sent the financial documents to the immigration. I have been sponsored for the whole company. I don’t know why he didn’t send them. I can’t apply for the AAT. Only he can since the sponsors application for the nomination has been refused. I have 21 days to withdraw my case without getting my visa refused.
Can he apply for AAT and send the financial documents for the whole company again and open the store as well ? This is what he is going to do. Do you think we can win the case?
You need to discuss with your employer, he can’t sponsored you for whole company. They must employ you under particular entity not whole company. So, you need to check which store is shutdown ? Might be different store ,If your sponsored entity not closed and business is running actively and making profits you can apply for AAT. Otherwise it’s waste of money to apply for review.

ask your MA you can apply for a review of your nomination refusal without going to AAT if you feel the decision is wrong. There is a provision to ask department to look into the nomination refusal if someone have the reasons that the refusal is wrong.
His employer shut down the business for temporary. There is no reason to apply for review.
