You might be ok if you are working in qld from last  one year in your occupation, for  eligibility  to apply. if you graduate there you only need 65 points including 10 points from state please find qld occupation list in google,they are mentioning everything.whats your occupation?

My question Is your immigration agent called the immigrants before open your file for requested documents or they open by themselves and asked more documents?

Bro u right when I Applied it was 11 months now it’s double the processing time. What I am worried now people are getting visa who applied  in 2018. On the other hand, South Australia need more immigrants so why don’t they process quickly.

I have called Bupa they are saying I need to have new Hap ID to do so..  I have called the immigration also they are saying when they asked for it then I need to do. I mess with this.

Chef waiting from 2017 June nomination and visa lodged. Any cook/chef received the approval of nomination In South Australia in June 2017? Waiting time just ridiculous, how can they delay the processing time.Guys this is serious business,we need to make some unity to speak up .why don’t they publish any news regarding visa delay? If they are worrying with integrity of application why they do not put extra resources to fast process those applicants who are genuine applicants and waiting for long periods of time.

Hi Kumar sorry to hear that news. I would recommend to  find another employer to sponsor 187 if you have three years of experience or you have one more opportunity is 489 visa If you are currently living in south Australia you need to get full skill assessment you can apply.  It’s bit difficult for restaurants manager because many states criteria is harder now. Talk to registered migration agents.

All basic cooking method cleaning the equipment temperature monitoring ;hazzard  .food cost and waste management. Making sauces, pastries everything you have studied before with previous work experience. Conflict management, environmental issues etc.

Which RTO ur using vetassess or Victoria University or William angliss ? If vetassess they are clearly mentioned in their guidelines what they are looking to ask you as long u are working in the industry since after qualification should not be a problem for you u will be all right. Good luck.
