You can’t find any changes even after nomination approved or refused . But when they open the file Yiu can see intial assessment on immi account. Nomination is completely different and surprised for all of us until migration agent inform us about it. It’s nothing relate with immi account .

Thank you mate , absolutely no Idea how these people work some people are awaiting for 2 years and some get within 6-8 months . They pick randomly I thin.. all I can say best of luck all guy and god give us strength to everyone who face this tough time
