As I heard it is hard to be invited with 65 point counting 5point from NSW state, should I apply EOI with 65point now or do it after get english score which my point will be 75 ? I am applying 190 visa in NSW as a motor mechanic 321211. Any advise will be appreciated. Thanks

Feb 2018 Mechanic in NSW No any news yet still waiting. As I haven’t got my RCB approved yet, will it affect my visa? It is still on progress... I gave all the documents but they keep asking something.. Can my visa get refused?

My lawyer withdew the RCB and re applied it. He asked them an invoice but they said we need to wait.

Is there any case of RSMS visa got approved without having RCB? I lodged my visa on Feb and still haven’t got RCB approved. I am worried about it. Everything is genuine. I just don’t have RCB.

Hi, guys. I just want to get some suggestions. I applied rsms Jan 2018 and applied rcb March 2018 but it has not been approved yet. So my lawyer withdrew it and re applied it last month. Hi, everyone. I lodged RSMS January 2018. lodged RCB March 2018 I still haven’t got approved RCB yet. My lawyer withdrew RCB last week and re applied it with full documents. Is there any case someone got approved RSMS visa without RCB got approved? and if my rcb will be approved, is my situation safe ? Hi everyone. Im on 187 visa as a motor mechanic. Here is my time line 20-12-17 lodged nomination 27-1-18 lodged 187 25-3-18 lodged RCB but still not approved my RCB and the reason why is employer didn't post advertisement. so my lawyer withdrew the rcb application as the advertisement has not posted last 6months. and my employer posted the ad on local then reapplied RCB last week. Is my situation ? Please kindly answer me any information or suggestion. Thanks
