Hi Kelly Green, I dont know whether should I go for appeal or not, because I dont want to waste time and money for nothing. They refused my nomination because of lack of staffs and I’m working with the boss. They said other tasks like taking orders, serve customers or even helping the kitchen is Low Skilled Level. I dont know what should I do now, work there nearly 3 yrs now and got that result.

Hi, We have 6 staffs and me, and they said that I may have to do some extra job like Waitress or Kitchenhand. So, managers cant do anything like that. Just manage only.

Hi there, Sorry for bad news but I just received Nomination Refusal last few days. Restaurant Manager Reasons: not enough staff for me to just doing Managing. My situation is that I’m currently on Bridging Visa for both 457 and 187. I applied both visa in June 2017 and 457 still Further Assessment but 187 Nomination Refusal. Please help me. 1. Can I replace the Nomination Refusal by new Nomination from new employer and what happenes to my 187 Visa Application? Does it still require 3 yrs full time in this case? 2. I have over 3 yrs full time experiences but had 1.5 year just working as volunteer coz I must have enough experience to get my RPL Diploma. So, it means I just have about 2 yrs full time experience ( with Payroll, Tax Return,..) but I still can ask for the reference letter from my employer to say that I have been working over 3 yrs full time? Can I just prove that I have 3 yrs experience by giving Reference Letter? Thanks so much for your help.

Hi Carmenchung, I applied 457, and with 457 they requested for health insurance. I’m not sure about your case.

Hi Deza, Sorry to hear about your case. I have read some of the posts from this forum saying they had result in 18-19months of waiting. It seems that yours should be done long time ago. I’m so sick of waiting without any updates and really slow processing time as well. At the day I lodged my application, the process was 17-19 months. Now is 24 months. I have lodged another 457 ( same employer and same time) still no news. 14 months for 457 as well with just Further Assessment ( Requested to provide my health insurance docs on 7/10/2017 and still nothing now). Everyday I started my new day with my hope about visa, everyday I opened the immi account and disappointed coz nothing’s changed.

Hi guys, Any one in this forum applied both nomination and application at the same day- 30/6/2017? Any updates? I know that I will be 21-24months to wait in total but I’m so stress of waiting.
