  1. Jibran brother, as i advised you before, if you case is complicated, seek professional advise from immigration lawyer.
  2. I sent outstanding docs on 9th january after generic email and i have got reply on the same day requesting further docs. Coming Monday is the deadline and i am pretty sure i will get reply on Monday after uploading the requested docs. According to my experience if you provide all the required docs in the checklist, you will get decision quickly.

  4. If you have plan for kids then its a good answer plus if you have travelling plans inside or outside Australia or may be studies and make a career/ kind of career/ full time job/ buying a house in future/ or may be if you don’t have any plans’ you can tell them that you want to go with the flow as you havn’t travelled Australia yet or whatever is truth’ relax/ no panic/ calm and be truthful if you got interview call
  5. Did you receive generic email yet? My DOL is 24 May, generic email 12 dec, will provide outstanding docs in couple of days.
  6. Salam guys Is it mandatory to provide sponsers last 10 years police check? I have the sponsers AFP check of last 6 years.
  7. My NIC is expired and i am applying online for renewal/nicop for police check/birth certificate (as i am resident in Australia). There is 2 section for verifier in the online form. I am not sure who can be the verifier, Pakistani citizen living in Australia or it can be any Pakistani citizen.
  8. I have received a checklist with these docs missing - Police clearance certificates of sponsor and applicant for last 10 years. (12 months or more at any given address) - Medical request - Evidence of employment of sponsor and applicant. ( recent 4 months pay slips or joint bank account or tax return or employment letter) in our case as we both are living and working in Australia) - Phone call and chat history- updated pictures/ any other evidence - Applicant highest qualification - Form 54 for family composition (sponsor and applicant -Applicant birth certificate from Narda/ CNIC with translation - History of our relationship/ about previous relationships.
  9. I am in the same situation, Did they call you or email to go offshore for the decision. And also how long they gave you to go offshore? Thanks
  10. @Fatim can you please share when you lodge the application? Also did you make any enquiry? AHC Islamabad are very responsive to all emails.
  11. @MnMA 309 visa application processing office doesn't depend on the residing country of the applicant hence it depends on the nationality of the applicant. At the time of lodgement i was in Malaysia. I travelled back to Australia on my other visa. Contacted AHC Islamabad for biometrics and they arranged an appointment for me here in Melbourne.
  12. They barely accept schedule 3 these days. Now for 309 visa you both write a detailed statement of relationship with all the evidences you have including your recent visit to Pakistan. You can get help from partner migration booklet for what to include. Credibility is important so be very honest and if you put complete application, you won't have any problem this time. Good luck
  13. Hi, i didn't get the complete story but if your husband previously applied onshore on schedule.3 criteria which means that you (the sponser) raised compelling circumstances for the need of your partner to remain onshore then how come the department refused the schedule.3 on the basis of work in the first place. I reckon you apply through an experienced immigration lawyer this time, If you want i can recommend you couple of immigration lawyers here in Melbourne.
  14. Hi Usman! Living together is completely significant factor after getting married. This is their criteria of processing partner visa applications. Living together for 4-8 weeks after getting married also make sense. They don't process application according to our culture. Better you lodged a complete application.
  15. Congratulations. I also applied 309 in May 2018. Now onshore. I hope it won't take more than 12 months.
  16. Hi Usman, i recommend you NOT to confuse the immigration regarding nikkah and rukhsati as they process partner visa application according to their criteria which is getting married or be in a defacto relationship for 12 months. Marriage certificate is a proof of marriage. Download partner migration booklet from immigration website and collect all the evidences before lodging your application.
  17. What do you mean by declaration? There is 888 form which need to be declare by 2 person preferly by close relative or friends of wife/husband in which they declare that this is a geniune and continuing relationship (notarised) and they are in touch with you guys frequently (Social aspect) They don't have to be Australian citizen or permanant resident for visa class 309. Or if you meant by the Statement of relationship by both husband and wife, i will share a screen shot of what you need to include.
  18. Asalam Alaikum All ! Happy to know that 309 taking on average 12 months from Pakistan. The Department is further tightening the annual intake of permanent immigrants which is the reason of increasing the waiting times on various visas including family classes. I have lodged a complete application online in May this year excluding medical and police checks. I was just wondering when is the suitable time to provide medical and police checks and how long are they valid for? my Advise to all who are waiting and new applicants- keep collecting and keep updating evidences after every couple of months as many as possible
  19. don't worry, most of the application from Pakistan is currently taking on average 12 months. Keep collecting and uploading evidences after every three months at least.
