Hello All, I have been a silent observer of this topic. I require your help on a topic. My nomination was approved in Nov 2017. I applied in April 2018. I got an email from CO asking for PCC. I uploaded the PCC on monday. Would it be rude if i send him an email advising that the document has been uploaded? The immi account mentions the document has been received on xx date and the overall status is "Received". Appreciate your response and advise. Regards

Hi guys, My employer sponsored nomination got approved a year back. And I have submitted all my details and submitted the form in the month of april 2018. I had delayed it by one year due to my IELTS. But now after I submitted the application the processing time says 21-25 months. Does that mean 21-25 months from the date i submitted the application or from the date the nomination got approved. My employer wants me in Australia as soon as possible or I might lose the chance. Kindly help me in this.

Hi frds, I got my Employer sponsored application(187) accepted a year back. But due to delay in my IELTS I submitted all the documents in the month of April 2018. But the processing time is showing 21-25 months from April 2018. There is no change at all. But the issue is the application was accepted a year back and still its showing 21-25 months. I have applied for RSMS 187. Timeline below: Skilled Visa - Software Tester Nomination applied - April 2017 Nomination approved - Jan 2018 Visa applied - April 2018 I was hoping that since the nomination is approved, the visa will get approved soon too. The company wants me to join asap but there is no clarity on my visa. I am worried if the company will look for someone else if the visa does not get processed soon. I will loose all the money and the opportunity. Anyone in the same boat?
