I applied for visa after 10months of my nomination... make sure the financial docs are up to date... did you say you are a room leader too??? Make sure you upload a copy of your working with Vulnerable people's check (WWVP). They asked me for that and it delayed mine a bit...

Mine took 3 months after nomination was approved. It can be vary cz they've asked me for couple of documents after a month since my nomination was approved... If I had them submitted already, I would've got my visa before 3 months. Who knows... hahahahaha

Yes, they did. After nomination was approved on 22nd of Oct, 2018, they've requested for my AFP check and licensing info on the 21st of Nov, 2018. My AFP check wasn't expired or anything. I've forgot to send it to my MA once I've received it.I didn't even realized it until they asked for it. My bad... Anyways, my MA updated both documents on the following day which is the 22nd of Nov, 2018 and that was all.. As your nomination has approved already, the visa won't be far away...!!! Best of luck!!

Hi guys, I have finally received my golden email.. It took exactly 22months. I have no words to explain how I feel atm and the battle is finally over with a happy ending. Congratulations for everyone who has already got their permanent residency!! Also, I wish everyone else who got their visa or nomination refused to be able to find a path to get their permanent residence soon... I will share my timeframe down below. Occupation: Childcare group leader State: ACT Onshore Nomination applied - March, 2017 Visa applied - Jan, 2018 (Didn't hv few documents at the time to lodge nomination and visa together) Nomination approved - Oct, 2018 "Visa granted - 16th of Jan, 2019" Best of luck everyone!!!! No worries!! My MA said they need the WWVP check. So I guess as a group leader. I am pretty sure, we had to submit business registration docs at the time of the RCB and/ or nomination. Hopefully, we will hear from them soon Keep in touch!!! Thanks.

Hey, We have applied from the same occupation and same state. I applied for nomination Mar, 2017 and Visa Jan, 2018. My nomination was approved on 22nd of Oct and then immi requested for licensing/ registration info and my afp police check( my afp check isn't expired until next year but I have only send them the receipt and hadn't submit the actual document). Until they ask for it, didn't realize it. Btw I submitted both documents the same day they've requested, which is 21st of Nov. Since then haven't heard from them..

Hey, I didn't quite get the question. I have been working for them a bit over 2 years. My role is ongoing and full time. I haven't sign any other contracts so far except for the one I signed in at the begining I wonder, if I answered your question...

Hi Everyone, My MA has got a call from immigration today, requesting for latest financial documents.. within the next 7 days. I've been waiting since Mar 2017 and finally, it looks like they are speeding up the process. I will just share my time line, if someone is interested to know. Occupation: Childcare group leader State: ACT RCB is already approved in 2017 April Applied for nomination on March 2017. Applied for Visa on 30th of Jan 2018. It's been 20 months since I applied for nomination. Who knows what will happen. Hope for the best!!

Hell yes... Literally, the processing time increases every month. Well, my migration agent says the processing time starts since the day they acknowledge the docs at the time occupation nomination. Who knows??
