Didn't show estimated processing time . What does it mean ? Waiting from March 2016 ?

Hi l have also applied in March 2016 cook DE and still waiting. My friends got their results last month even they applied in August 2016 . I rang to the department two times but they said it is very busy and your file is not allocated . Now I hate the word Received when I checked immi account.

Dear friends l have lodged my RSMS Visa file in March 2016 and still waiting . Anyone who lodged in the same month and get any response from department . I don't know how long I have to wait . Please share the information if anyone has . Thanks
