This is difficult to answer as there are no published stats on the subject, unless you can find someone in the exact same position how can share their experience with you.
All I can say is that we have been waiting for an invite on a 190 NSW since August 2018 as Accountant General, 80 points and 10 years experience and superior English (it is our language after all )
A registered migration agent might be able to advise if they have clients (with the same criteria) who have been successful (if they can share that information).
I wish you luck.

Like that song. "Im still waiting la la la la"
75 point + 5 SS total 80. Eoi went in end of August 18....nothing.
There are loads of accountants applying so hugely competitive however as @Raul Senise once posted there is a lack of experienced accountants. Im not hopeful on the 190 now, luckily we may have found a sponsor (and a flipping good one at that).

Great to read Paul... It almost sounds silly but like you we sat here in the UK looking out the window at the rain (going on and on) and the cold going on and on watching these great places on TV. It was also that day that my aunt in Perth posted on Facebook how she loves living in Oz (for the last 30 years), so we started the mission that day.
We are still waiting on our 190 nomination but there might be an exciting twist that could help us on our visa way very shortly. Exciting times ahead.
Where are you living Paul?

I would suggest seeking the advice of an accountant who has specialist knowledge of both the UK and Australian tax systems.
Fortunately there is such a man on here @Alan Collett
Highly recommended

We have been waiting since August 31st 2018. Really depends on your points and how many accountants the are sponsoring

Thanks folks
its our last full day in Oz tomorrow (we’re back in Brisbane and ticking of the ideas above so thank you)
we are so sad to leave Oz we have loved it more than we ever imagined.
funny things we noticed
1. No one beeps their horn
2. I couldn’t by beers in a supermarket (the assistant looked at me funny when I asked where’s the beer)
3. People let me walk first (pushing a push chair with my 2 year old)
4. Business folks have a chat with us in the hotel lifts
5. Oz steak is so cheap
6. Oz beer is so expensive
7. Oz petrol is so cheap
8. Oz haircuts are exactly the same
9. Days out are bigger better and cheaper ( you don’t feel ripped off)
10. You seem to get so much more for your council tax in Oz than you do in the Uk (street beach, city hopper river boat, parks, bbqs and tables, police presence)
what and excellent time we have had over the last five weeks

NSW 190, applied on the 19th of October, category Accountant with 80 points, when can I expect to get an invitation. I am offshore.
thank you
Applied 31st August 80 points accountant.... still waiting.

We applied at the end of August with 75 points nothing yet (didn't expect anything this year) critical information... accountant. Have you looked at a 489 visa? I hear there may be more scope for the 489 to be granted over the 190.

As I sit here looking out on a cold, wet grey day in the UK... the urge to migrate is stirred up again. We are waiting patiently.
We will be there in Feb to see for ourselves... bring it on!!!!

In Victoria the Mornington Peninsula is the 3rd top tourist destination. Wineries in Red hill, exploring Point Nepean and the best beaches in Sorrento, Mt Eliza and Flinders. The back beaches are also popular in Blairgowrie and Sorrento. Mornington is the central hub of the area and offers popular shops and everything you need. The Pillars at Mt Martha is also a very popular sight to see. Even the quieter areas such as Somers and Shoreham have become really popular as of late and are really cute. The esplanade and Nepean highway are the most ideal routes to take along the area. However, the Mornington Peninsula Link can get you there faster. Here are some pictures.

It's a massive pain and with the weather in Cairns I thought it would be too hot as I'm not in to riding in tshirt and shorts, but would love to get another at some point.
I understand that, I will only ride with full leather... It was 32 degrees here on my last ride!!! it was one sweaty stinky experience!!

I signed up to use the wifi on a Singapore airlines flight to Singapore... rubbish! It was so slow and unreliable I gave up.
Im currently controlling a server in Chicago from the UK, in the same way i would be more concerned if there was connectivity via the internet to a flying aircraft. After all all these big companies cant seem to keep the hackers out despite assuring us they can!

We run our own Accountancy practice in the uk and that counted towards experience. We provided customer statements of services we provide them along with copies of corporation tax bills from HMRC (to prove its a real bona fide company).
You would have to check with the relevant assessing body for that occupation/skill

Your absolutely right, it's utter nonsense here in the UK. You can easily end up with considerable legal costs and no guaranteed sale at the end of it. Until you Exchange contracts anyone can do what they like.
Im dreading selling up here, so it would be nice to do it once and for all...
Wishing you the best of luck (luck as that's what it boils down to!)

Where will you be staying, @Leighbee98? A very safe reef that you can walk to is between Sarina Beach and Campwin Beach. There is a very nice motel, the Sarina Beach motel and the reef is about 1km away.
Check it out on the satellite version of Google Maps...
Cheers, Bobj.
We are staying on Hamilton island in some “palm bungalows” just for 5 days (35 day overall trip)

you have more 1000s more chance of being injured just walking on the streets than being attacked by a shark.
Especially in Luton (Bedfordshire England)

Ill have to bear this in mind when we visit in Feb.

I’m a bit under tall and overly wide. Anyone else the same and got through ok? Other than that measurement I’m fit as a fiddle
