    Hi Guys,

I'm back just to say that yesterday our nomination has been refused.

The same f...... reasons that they are giving to most of people, the restaurant will be no able to pay my fiancé salary for the next 2 years!!

We Are shocked but there is nothing that we can do, we just need to change our plans and go back to Europe.

I'll appeal just because we want to have more time to organise all our stuff that we bought after living more than 5 years continuously in Australia.

    Good luck to everyone...

Hi, I'm so sorry to hear that. what's the exact reasons. for this refusal? is his restaurant running at loss or the turn over doesn't satisfy the immigration? speak with your ma see if there is a good chance that turn it out a different result? or maybe switch to another MA to get different aspect of consultation. anyway, I have been in Australia for9 years already, still fighting for it. dont give up if there is a slight chance. best luck to you and your fiance.

    Hi guys

My nomination has been refused after 10 month since apply .its customer service manager Trt high risk.

Immi account still saying received no update on immi account yet .

    Reason are

business failed to prove that they need customer service manager ( even though 70 % of business is online )

nominee didn't provide enough evidence to prove that he is performing the duties( provided statement  from colleague and owner , PAYG , bank statement , detail of customer service team ,provide more documents then originally provided for 457 etc )

My MA is  saying decision is ludicrous and reason are unjustified . She told me in her 21 years of being MA she never saw the way immigration dealing these days . Its ridiculous.

Good luck to everybody who is waiting for decision ?

Appeal, my friend, I believe you will win this case.

    Hey,

yea sure... I was on my 2nd year of my working holiday visa 417. Then that expired in July so I have been on bridging visa A since then.... with no Australian rights haha.

    Why do you ask?

thanks for sharing. coz I was on a 457base while applied through de, not able to apply trt due to change of employer, visa expired this March, and switched on bridging visa A too. I'm looking for someone who is similar. currently I'm still with my457sponsor, but curious that if my sponsor needs to post ads for recruiting.

    Hi guys,

My PR was granted today: DE, software engineer, EU country, 2 ppl, a big international company.

Both the nomination and the application were submitted in October 2017. The nomination was approved in April 2018 and 2 weeks after I was requested by a case officer to upload Form 80, police clearance documents and medical examinations. All has been done and uploaded wiithin one week. The next day morning I already got my PR ?

    Good luck everyone!

    Hi, congrats. first of all.

I'm a de applucant too, just wondering if it's necessary for the emoloyer to keep putting recruit ad while your application being processing? thanks. a lot

    Guys,

    I need your valuables suggestion.

I'm from Pakistan & working in an Indian restaurant as a restaurant manager (ANZSCO 141111). My two years will be completing in next 4/5 months than i will eligible to apply 186 through TRT.

    AND

By the end of this month I will also have three years relevant work experience (2 years from Australia and 1 year from Pakistan). I am thinking to apply 186 through DE in coming month. I already had 50 each in PTE.

Now my employer and my MA suggested me it's better to be wait for five months and apply through TRT instead of apply through DE. My MA told me as per his past experience DE applications are taking more time than TRT and in TRT chances of success are higher than DE. And he told me DE application may be little complex because immigration may ask more questions regarding your overseas experience while TRT applications are very simple and you also don't need skills assessment through VETASSESS in TRT.

Please suggest me what should i do now, either wait for five month and apply through TRT or apply now through DE?

My MA would have the same opinions. it's better wait until you are eligible for trt. DE does have extra requirement and use to take longer than trt to process. if your ma is reliable, listen to him.

Yep I guess the keyword there is 'lodgement'. Can see why now you yhink that now. Thank you

yep, I think it's true though, a friend of mine lodged nomination only last July, his. MA said the immi changed their guideline, which is the time frame actually starts counting from the day of visa lodgement, not the nomination

Hello everyone, I ve been silently following the forum from last couple of weeks and these days im so close to leave my patience.

    Occupation- chef

Applied visa and nomination- 15 dec 2017. Country -LR . Trt 186.

Ive been checking my immi account more than 10 times a day. It says received and processing time 11 to 12 months. Its nearly 5 months now. Cause of this waiting period Every single day is killing me.

Hi, mate. glad to know another chef in this forum. we are similar, I appiled through direct entry, both nomination and visa lodged on19/12/2017 which is just 4days after you. I check my immi account pretty as often as you do. however, within the leased time frame, we can't expect any news within such short time right? why dont we just make every day count and live happily at least for another couple of months? It will come soon or later, guess many have been waiting for way longer than us, keep up, buddy, there always been good news lately from this forum, isn't that good enough so far?

Same for when both my 457s were granted.

Hi, buddy, thanks for that. what youjust said actually answered my question that I could have the health check done before the co asks if confident with my application. what worries me is the timeframes of each Applicant are quite different with no any traces in order.

    Hi mate,

Not experts here but my wife had to undertake the IELTS  as well, as the second applicant.
I believe she had to have at least 4 or 5 everywhere (just basic English).

As always...check with your MA :-)

Thanks a lot, will check it out with my MA.
